Located in the far north east of Mallorca, Pollensa is an ideal base for a relaxing stay. The main beach is 2km long, sandy and safe, and the heart of the town boasts a vibrant yet laid-back atmosphere, with a number of great restaurants and tabernas, as well as all the shops and services that guests may need during their stay.

There is plenty to do in the surrounding area, with small coves, sailing, walking and cycling trails and a 9-hole golf course situated 7km away from the villa and open year round. For the more serious golfer there is Alacanada, one of the best courses on the island, which is just a twenty minute drive away.

The house itself is a traditional Mallorquin farmhouse that was extensively renovated and refurbished in 2010. The villa offers guests all the comforts and conveniences of modern living while retaining a number of its original features, giving a strong sense of personal history to the property. This house is ideal for entertaining, with large and spacious living and dining areas and plenty of seating. The brand new kitchen is large, stylish and fully-equipped with everything guests may need during their stay.

Outside there is a fantastic terrace area with barbeque and large wooden table that can seat up to 12 people, perfect for an al-fresco meal at any time of day. Each of the bedrooms has been individually decorated in keeping with the elegant styling of the rest of the house, and two of the bedrooms have their own spacious en-suite bathroom. The property is sat in its own spacious grounds that include gardens, a modern swimming pool, tennis court and several chill-out areas, while a state-of-the-art Swedish sauna is located just next to the swimming pool. The gardens have been lovingly cared for and are home to a number of different fruit trees, including figs, oranges, limes, and avocados. A seasonal vegetable garden is a great addition for guests who like to use their own produce when cooking.

We accept payment in the original currency specified (British Pound). We may accept other currencies if specifically agreed in advance.

A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking with a further 50% one month prior to arrival. The balance can be paid on arrival. References can be supplied via Banca March in Puerto Pollensa.

A security deposit of £200 is also required to cover any breakages.

All heating, fuel and power costs are included in the price.

Clients are requested to depart prior to 11am on the day of departure. The property will be available to new clients from 3pm onwards.
